let's get the party started!

Sugarkissed is entering it's 7th year and let me say, I don't know where the years have gone. We started out as a cupcake & frozen yogurt bakery and have grown beyond what I could have ever imagined. Not only have we expanded into so many different desserts, added an espresso & tea bar, but we started serving food a couple of years ago! It's ever evolving, and that's the fun and interesting thing about owning a business!

As I sit here, sipping my coffee, (not guzzling it like I do during the summer months), I reflect on what we can do to continue to evolve and re-invent ourselves. I look back at pictures of all of the fun events we have created dessert tables for. I see all the support Sugarkissed gets from our wonderful community each day. Also thinking about how much I hated coffee when we first started, now I can't start me day without it.

Seven years ago, we created a website that reflected who we were then. This past winter, we've worked on a website that shows what we have become and where we are going. So I'll take this moment to also tell you what other new additions and projects we have worked on this past winter. (P.S. we re-open for the season April 20).

We hope you missed us as much as we missed you in last few months. So as I said before, we have added a craft food menu the last couple of years. It usually reflects using local ingredients, homemade jams & sauces and mixing them with the latest food trends.

This past year, we received several requests for healthier choices & smaller portions. Along with some savory breakfast items & vegetarian choices. We always listen to our customers and try to accommodate to the best of our abilities.

You'll see breakfast tacos added in with our popular quesadillas, that were introduced in the fall. These can be made vegetarian, with fresh avocado or with bacon of course. To add to our hummus platter, we also added a veggie & hummus wrap, which can be accompanied by great lakes chips or go healthier with southwest quinoa or a side salad.

Don't worry though, we kept the favorites, like our gourmet grilled cheese and belgian waffles, adding a creme brulee waffle. It's with our homemade vanilla bean pastry cream & fresh fruit.

So many more options were added, so please check out our breakfast & lunch menus! We do take carry-out orders too!

I hope you all had a fantastic winter full of skiing and exploring. We are excited to see you soon! Stay in touch...
